CrossFit Westport is an official HYROX Training Lab. Our HYROX program is designed to prepare you for the ultimate fitness race. Whether you're stepping onto the HYROX course for the first time or chasing a podium finish, this program will build the strength, endurance, and strategy you need to perform at your best.
Each session blends running intervals with HYROX-specific stations — including sled pushes, farmer carries, burpee broad jumps, and more — to simulate race-day intensity and improve your overall capacity.
